ORDER OF EMPEROR PAUL I OF RUSSIA

Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez recently appointed by his job with the Russian Government and their public institutions with the great Honor of the Order of the Emperor Paul I of Russia.

The Order of Paul I is only giving to personalities who made fruitful efforts and merits for the country inside and outside the Russian Federation.
